To guarantee customized product quality, the factory is equipped with complete professional testing instruments: programmable constant temperature & humidity tester, horizontal & vertical flammability tester, oxygen index meter, smoke density tester, salt spray tester, yellowing resistance chamber, density detector, impact tester and universal tensile testing machine. All raw materials and customized components pass strict lab tests on flame retardancy, anti-aging, corrosion resistance and mechanical performance. Supported by authentic test data, all products comply with Chinese standards, ECE R17 and other international automotive safety regulations.
Owning complete in-house production lines for foaming, sewing, metal processing and final assembly, we accept customization based on clients’ drawings or samples. Buyers can select fabrics such as microfiber leather, woven cloth and PU leather with personalized color scheme; adjust base dimension and mounting holes according to vehicle layout; modify safety parts like seatbelts and headrests to meet destination-country certification requirements for buses, school buses, campers and special engineering vehicles.
