The cutting and sewing workshop reduces resource waste by virtue of computer layout technology, while the final assembly workshop realizes refined assembly through intelligent production lines and PDM systems.

In the independent auto seat laboratory, the delegation learned about various advanced testing equipment in detail. Equipped with seat strength testing machines, headrest impact testing machines, xenon lamp weathering test chambers and other complete equipment, the laboratory can conduct routine performance testing and E-mark certification tests, providing core technical support for products to enter the European market and demonstrating the company's ultimate pursuit of passenger safety.
